Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Replace the bottom glass panel with a shorter one (6’’ less) with the end supported by an additional horizontal mullion and properly flashed.
Install a wider rain water gutter below new opening. This new gutter can either be made of aluminum or painted steel to match the adjoining materials and would be attached to the underside of the existing steel skylight support.
Install metal flashing to divert any water to enter the exiting gutter into the new one below.
The new gutters will drain into adjacent landscape.
