Description

Work includes renovation of the outdated three washrooms on the main floor of the facility - Female, Male and Universal (public) washroom, located off the main lobby. All washrooms shall have existing fixtures replaced with barrier free compliant fixtures; consultant shall review and upgrade the existing 3 washrooms to meet barrier free requirements as practically possible. All washrooms to have partitions and tile flooring replaced, complete with new paint applied to walls and ceiling. All washroom lighting to be replaced with new LED fixtures. Consultant to measure lighting levels to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
