GOC388126 - Contractor Services - Fall Protection Implementation

1. Contractor to supply labour, materials, equipment to perform the following fall protection scope work:
   .1 Main Administration Building:
      Administration Block:
         a. Crawl Space above Lobby: Install ceiling-mounted fall arrest anchors. See dwg S4.
      Laboratory Block:
         a. Generator Room: Install ladder and platform assemblies for AHU 7. See dwg S3.
         b. Penthouse East/West Mezzanine: Install guard railing assembly. See dwg S3.
         c. AH1 Penthouse: Install guard railing system. See dwg S2.
         d. SE Corner of Roof: Install non-penetrating, self-weighted guardrail system. See dwg S2.
   .2 Annex Building:
      Loading Dock Access Hatch to Upper Mechanical Space: Install guard railing system and gate. See dwg S2.
      Roof: Install non-penetrating, self-weighted guardrail system. See dwg S2.
   .3 Small Craft Harbours Building:
Exterior Wall/Roof: Install ladder and platform system on the exterior of the building’s West side. See dwg S1.
