1. Contractor to supply labour, materials, equipment to perform the following:
   .1 Main Administration Building – Lab Block
      .1 Removing:
         .1 Level 1 – ACM Debris at location 86 from the 2018 Asbestos Reassessment Report. Action Level 2 (from 1-7)
         .2 Level 5 – ACM Debris at location 17 from the 2018 Asbestos Reassessment Report. Action Level 2 (from 1-7)
         .3 Level 5 – ACM Debris at location 18 from the 2018 Asbestos Reassessment Report. Action Level 2 (from 1-7)
   .2 Wastewater Treatment Plant – Hallway, Lab, Janitor Room:
      .1 Remove ACM off-white-with-black streaks vinyl floor tiles as identified in the 2018 Asbestos Reassessment Report. Action Level 7 (from 1-7).
.2 Seal concrete floor.
