Description

BGIS is seeking Advocate Consulting Services to lead a team of subject matter experts to provide a professional and technical review of all documentation for the demolition and fit-up of a Deputy Minister’s office on the 8th floor at Place du Portage Phase II. This project will be referred to as DEC-CED DM Office Fit-up for the remainder of the document.
The project will be subdivided into two streams, one for demolition and the other for fit-up. The Prime Consultant will provide two tender ready packages, support BGIS through the tender phases and provide construction administration services. The demo package and fit-up package will be tendered separately for a Demolition GC and a Fit-up GC.
