Scope of Work/Overview:
1. Contractor to supply labour, materials, equipment to complete the following:
.1 Demolition and installation of new Cafeteria floor finishes as per Flooring Refresh Drawings A0.0 to A1.2 and Specifications. Move furniture and portable equipment as necessary to carry out flooring work; replace as flooring progresses.
.2 Demolition and construction of new Cafeteria wall paneling including wall painting work as per Painting & Paneling Drawings A0.0 to A3.3 and Specifications. Move and cover furniture and portable equipment as necessary to carry out wall work; replace as wall work progresses. Millwork Cabinets are Not in This Contract.
.3 Repainting of existing Cafeteria linear metal ceiling panels as per Ceiling Refresh Drawings A0.0 to A1.1 and Specifications. Move and cover furniture and portable equipment as necessary to carry out painting work; replace as painting progresses.
