Energy and Water Audits for Port of Monchy, Consul (Willow Creek) and Rocklen (West Poplar),
Saskatchewan, Canada.
The Consultant shall conduct a detailed analysis of the building/facility systems and equipment,
operating and maintenance procedures, existing space conditions and assess the potential for
reduction in energy and water consumption and energy demand. Develop the concepts of energy
and water efficiency improvements related to but not restricted to: lighting, motors, heating,
ventilating and air conditioning, envelope improvements, control systems, fuel conservation, load
sharing and load shedding, and water consumption improvements, all based on actual site surveys.
Collect real time data, perform detailed analysis of same and provide detailed cost saving initiatives
c/w costs, payback, life cycle costing and net present value analysis. In addition, report should make
recommendations for low cost no cost solutions, and three bundles demonstrating GHG reductions,
positive NPV and max GHG reduction with neutral NPV. The consultant needs to follow the detailed
scope of work for energy audit studies developed by BGIS team.
