Description

1.3.1. BGIS is seeking consulting services for the demolition and fit-up of a Deputy Minister’s office on the 8th floor at Place du Portage Phase II. This project will be referred to as DEC-CED DM Office Fit-up for the remainder of the document.
1.3.2. The Consultant will produce two tender ready packages, support BGIS through the tender phases and provide construction administration services. The demo package (A1) and fit-up package (A2) will be tendered separately for a Demolition GC and a Fit-up GC.

    1.6.1. Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.5 above. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the Security desk on the ground floor of PDP II located at 165 hotel de ville, Gatineau, QC.
    1.6.2. Proponents will be notified by Amendment of any changes to the date of the site visit.
    1.6.3. Proponents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee proposal all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
