Description

The whole roof system (excluding 3rd floor roof sections A-B completed under GOC373513) of the National Printing Bureau needs to be inspected and assessed for water infiltration. There is damage to the interior ceiling and on some structural elements. Mandatory non-destructive surveys (thermographic and roof moisture scans) are to be performed and, upon consultant request only, cut tests as needed. Also, assess the drainage system and ensure membrane protection from foot traffic by adding rubber mats. Interior damages must also be looked at and are part of the repairs. 1st year: Full Inspection and prepare plans and specs. 2nd year: Implement necessary repairs.
