Brief Scope:
Replace existing base building security system with one integrated, full facility system. Replace existing card access system throughout building (including supply wire to elevators) and including closed circuit camera monitoring system with more capable and modern digital system. Replacement shall include all existing card readers (Less, the card swipes entering the tenants space that already have a standalone system, electric strikes, key pads, two way microphone / speakers, cameras, ISC panels, CPU, Monitors, DVRs, Hard Drives, Intercoms, Etc. Equipment related with all doors above will be included as part of the scope.
This work also includes the addition of installing card swipe access from both stairwells to floors 2 thru 11 and all men’s, women’s, and barrier free washrooms on floors 2 thru 11. Camera monitoring will give full coverage of exterior doors and sidewalk areas. New recording equipment shall have DVD capability, as well software packages that allows printing of reports. Computer and monitoring equipment shall be located in the security office.
