Description

Remove existing flooring and install new linoleum sheet flooring complete with 4" rubber baseboards throughout the facility. Soft interview room to receive new carpet tile with 4" rubber base, not sheet flooring. Prepare wall surfaces to receive new painting throughout the interior of the building (paint colors to be coordinated with owner, but should have a modern earth tone feel) including walls, doors and frames. Cell block area is included to be painted.
