GOC1728355-CS - TD-Retrofit required to A-2 505

1. To Clean Room and install new carpet on the floor. 
2. Change all ceiling tiles. Paint wall (bright color NOTE: Please get sample from Client to confirm.
3. Air Quality Test and additional HVAC as required and assessment to take in new equipment.(New Diffuser)  
4. Seal all areas on the right wall to cover all the ducts. They need to be sealed properly to prevent dust getting in.    
5. Make arrangements for the installations of monitors on the wall (determine possibility of installing 6-10 monitors on wall).
6. Relocate T-Stat in Bell Data Room (A2-506
7. Additional Receptacles Required (Power for common workbench area to run at least 5 workstations, 1500 Watts each at the work bench)    
8. Cable conduit between A2-138 and A2-505 to pull at least 10 CAT6 cables
