Description

Work of this Contract comprises of Install & Supply of new compacted granular and new asphalt as per drawings and specifications. Rout clean and seal asphalt parking lot cracks. Grind and remove existing accessible line painting and supply and install new line painting as identified in drawings and specification of the GOCB, located at 345 Harry Walker Parkway in Newmarket, Ontario. The Awarded Contractor on this project must ensure compliance with required latest applicable Code, standard, safety acts, best practice and tender documents. Project is planned for completion latest by mid Nov 2018.
NOTE: Allow for Phasing of work per noted in specs

Please ensure to only send company representative/s who possess FA2 security clearance/s. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start of site walkthrough. Ensure to bring proper PPEs.

All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
