Description

The existing facades of Block C, D and the link to E are exhibiting cracks at numerous areas in the existing cementitious stucco finish as well as at mortar joints. At some locations there are thick parged sections of stucco finish that are becoming delaminated from the substrate and are at risk of spalling off the building in large pieces.
An emergency project was completed in early June '18 to address the worst of these areas as a temporary measure however a full project is now required to completely resolve this issue and provide a new updated finish to the Building.
