GOC604244-CS - City Water Meter Upgrade

Currently the building has two water meters installed to the incoming city water mains to the building. One water meter is located on the maisonneuve street side and, the second one on portage street side. Currently the water meters are owned by the city of Gatineau, however, the new mandate from the city is for the meters to be supplied by the building owner. As well, the current meters and the bypass lines and valves are not operational, as a result, currently it is not possible to know the building water consumption. The meters are faulty and do not provide reading. New water meters are required to know the building water consumption. New water meters shall also have remote reading capability.
