Contract Term - Clarification:
First year of Contract term will start from Sep 2018 to March 31, 2019 (for 7 months). 2nd Year will start from April 01, 2019 to March 31, 2020. Subsequent Contract years (optional years) will also follow the same fiscal year’s pattern. Pls provide pricing accordingly for each year on Pricing Matrix sheet, provided separately. Pricing should be entered in monthly lumpsums corresponding to each site.

Please read scope of work, PM Schedule, Equipment list and Job plan carefully before entering pricing into Pricing Matrix Spreadsheet. All prices should be entered in monthly lumpsum and on each Yearly Tab. Mandatory Contract years are Yr.1 (7 months - Sep 2018 to March 31, 2019 ) Yr.2 (12 months - from April 01, 2019 to March 31, 2020). Optional Contract years are: April 01, 2020 to March 31, 2021 and April 01, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
