CONSULTING PHASE
Locker room conversion - Install, anti-slip sheet flooring, for the mens/womens change room which will constructed be where the monitor room is currently. Monitor Room Fit-Up - Construct new monitor room as per RCMP PMM to meet operational policy compliance. Create secure file storage room with industrial shelving. Area to be determined by consultant. Note - Converting a cell is not an option. Consultant to suggest another location for this space. Renovate DAs Room (fishbowl), and existing interview room, in accordance with RCMP PMM. If space permits, install one-way glass where fishbowl area use to be. Repair damaged millwork and install industrial shelving in the outer secure Exhibit room. Replace side entrance door and frame (employee entrance).Create new telephone room/ breathalyzer room located in fitness entrance area. Depending on space requirements, it is recommended to have this as one room. Consultant to assess available space within the detachment and provide options within the IAR. Replace kitchen cabinetry, millwork and associated plumbing if required. New painting and linoleum sheet flooring throughout main area of the detachment.
