GOC1509209-CS - GOC1509209-CS - Construct New Shower Rooms - Consulting Phase

Intent of the project is to determine suitable location to construct new showers for building staff
members within the facility. Fiscal year 2018_2019 design to be carried out and completed to have final plans and specs to be implemented for the construction of male and female showers within the designated area within the premises. Refer to appendix A for location of new shower rooms in basement.
 
Consultant to design new showers as per the National building code and the National Plumbing code and to meet with the applicable accessibility standard. Included in the consultants scope of work to verify that the capacity for incoming water supply to ensure piping can withstand the additional requirements and verify current piping can withstand additional drainage. Design will also incorporate ventilation for the new showers. Current shower demands would require 3-4 showers per room and project to incorporate furnishing which includes but not limited to (lockers, benches, mirror, etc..).
