Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Tighten and torque electrical equipment.
Clean electrical connections.
Provide infrared scanning and information to complete arch flash/coordination assessment.
Update panel directories, labelling, and Single Line Diagram.
Provide updated floor plan drawings to reflect changes as required.
Replace fuses, breakers, and disconnects which have overheating.
Replace mismatched fuses with fuses of a single manufacturer and model.
Relocate receptacles and wiring to avoid using the disconnect switch as a raceway.
Replace the lugs and connection of Panel DP-UPS to allow for connection of multiple cables.
Remove spare wires at the bus duct disconnect on second floor service core.
Transformers shall be labelled to indicate the incoming feed.
Contractor shall provide detailed shop drawings for review and approval by the Engineer and Client stake holder prior to commencing work.
All work shall be performed in accordance with Shut Down Method of Procedures. Refer to detailed specification for more information.
Contractor shall install Arch Flash labelling to electrical equipment.

Event Note

Please meet in the lobby. Building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.

All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
