Description

Tenant Service Project to be Tender Ready this year and construction will be forecast in phases to be completed next fiscal year. Scope is to be a complete washroom upgrade for the 2nd and 3rd floors (4 washrooms total). All equipment and finishes to match the renovated washroom completed on the ground floor. All finishes including partitions, ceilings, doors and all fixtures to match the main floor. Faucets & soap dispensers require electrical components.

Meet at 2755 Highpoint Drive, Milton Lobby. MTL/Technician for facility will be available for site visit. Please send an email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com confirming attendance to this mandatory site visit latest by June 23, 2018.

All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
