GOC990353-CS - Replace Site Furnishings

To replace benches, picnic tables, bicycle racks and waste receptacles as they are aged and show evident signs of deterioration. If not replaced, there could be a deterioration in occupant comfort, possible bike theft, and other site related maintenance issues.                                                                  To replace the following:                                                                                                                                                   Bike racks: west parking lot 1, main entrance 8 -
5 wood tables at back - replacement to be confirmed by consultant
3 metal broken tables at back – Replace 3 to match the existing wooden tables
4 wood garbage cans at back – Replace
6 metal garbage cans at front – Replace, but need to follow the NCC Ceremonial Route specifics and remove the cigarettes depositary
Add NEW:                                                                                                                                        
6 cigarette holders with locking mechanisms (separate from the garbage)
6 plastic benches at front – Replace with the same as NCC Ceremonial Route
8 metal benches at front - Replace with the same as NCC Ceremonial Route-  all benches at the front should be identical
Note: all furniture needs to be anchored to the ground
Consultant to perform site survey and indicate / verify the information above.
