Description

Objective of this project is to refit various areas of the building into specific rooms to meeting RCMP needs following the RCMP Property Management Manual. Scope of Work attached as appendix 1.
Consultant to provide an IAR to identify all RCMP requested items as well as options for mechanical
upgrades. Consultant to update the HVAC SOP, update Single Line Drawings and the Evacuation Plan. Phase out of HCFCs shall be included in the consultant’s design as well as included in the HVAC SOP.
