Description

Contractor to paint walls, ceilings, stairwells and trims in specified areas marked on the plans (see
attachment 4). Contractor to use low VOC products. Staining of wood veneer also included for areas
specified on plan.
Work to be completed afterhours/weekends and proper ventilation to be provided for spaces so no odors are present next working day.
Contractor is responsible to clean up work areas, move the furniture located in the offices and put back
in place the next working day for tenant operations.
No cleaning of equipment in sinks or showers on site, contractor responsible to take equipment off site.
Please reference (attachment 4) for project requirements/site requirements.
All workers on site to hold proper security clearance.
