Consultant Services - 3rd Party Commissioning Agent - The Commissioning Firm shall designate a Commissioning Agent with demonstrated experience in the commissioning of building systems and fully understands the project and commissioning requirements :

Replace the existing BAS system with an open architecture system to control the building HVAC system, including reusing the existing VAV boxes, 4 RTUs, boilers, new zone thermostats
The new BAS system will have approx. 100 I/O, have automatic timer and off-site monitoring capabilities in order to control the building zone temperatures, humidity etc
