GOC373240-CS-1 GOC373297-CS-2 - Update CADD Drawings

Complete an assessment for all existing drawings in CADD rooms (Room B-0101C & B-0101D) of Place du Portage
III and CADD rooms (Room 02-61 & 02-80) of Place du Portage IV.
Transfer paper drawing to CADD that would include the update of the present inventory of CADD drawings, to
identify the missing electrical, mechanical, architectural & structural drawings and to implement an electronic filling
and archiving system of the drawings. The electronic and archiving system of the drawings must be simple and
efficient to issue research easily.
The consultant is not to create missing drawings from the inspections. All missing plans must be identified in the
CADD plans report. Also, the consultant must create and insert the CADD drawings in a DWG and PDF format in
an electronic filling and archiving system of the drawings.
Consideration et deliverables:
1- The archiving system of the drawings must consider the addition of futures drawings.
2- Training to maintenance team on the usage of the electronic and archiving system of the drawings.
3- Existing paper drawings is to be kept.
4- CADD Drawings reproductions must follow PWGSC National CADD Standard.
5- Last paper version must be archived in the drawer of room B-0101C. The other versions must be removed of the
drawer and archived in room B-0101D.
