GOC450991-CS - Replacement of Windows

The Saint John Postal Station 'A' & Annex is a very high profile building complex, located in Saint John, New Brunswick. This project involves the replacement of the curtain wall aluminum windows, punched curtain wall aluminum windows and heritage wood windows of the Postal Station ‘A’ and Annex portions of the building complex. 
 
The Saint John Postal Station 'A' & Annex are both occupied, Recognized Federal Heritage buildings and as such must be considered and integrated into the design development.
 
This is a multi-phase project which will be implemented as per the PSPC NPMS templates and processes. This phase of the project will consist of schematic design, design development, associated class estimates, updating the previously approved IAR (as needed), construction document development and providing consulting services during construction.  Please refer to the RFP for further details.
