GOC449079-CS-02 - Arthur Meighen Building Rehabilitation - Third Party Enhanced Commissioning

BGIS are seeking a firm to provide the enhanced commissioning services for but not limited to mechanical and electrical systems. Please note that commissioning services for the building envelope have been procured under a separate RFP and are not included in this request for services. The objective of the commissioning agent is to ensure the materials of construction are as specified and that the construction fulfills the functional and performance requirements of the Contract. These commissioning services are required throughout the project from design development reviews through construction kickoff and the completion of all required testing and inspection functions.
