Project intent is to modify/replace/install platforms, railings, davit arms, ladders, etc. around the cooling towers to allow workers to work safely when conducting maintenance, cleaning and repairs to the cooling tower. All cooling towers have already deck installed around them some will have to be replaced and others will remain as per plans provided.
Building 4 cooling towers are all located on the roof.
