GOC376939 - Consulting - Fall Protection Implementation

1. Installing permanent guardrails around the perimeter of the roof.
2. Extending the ladder and cage of the mechanical chase fixed ladder to a landing.
3. Provide a landing at the bottom of the mechanical ladder.
4. Provide tie offs for the fixed ladder (Consultant to determine if this is necessary if the cage extends to a safe point near the new landing).
5. Possible replacement or modifications to the existing flagpole.
- As part of the IAR process the prime consultant will be responsible for reviewing the existing flagpole and determining solutions that would make lowering the flag easier. High level options include but are not limited to modifying the cabling system, installing mid railings and kick plates and replacement. This includes for reviewing the solution proposed by Reno Plus in their quotation.
