Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
GENERAL SCOPE:
Repair, re-point entire building & replace brickwork as identified in the Building Cladding Safety Screening Report. If needed replace any caulking as required. Plans and Specs are planned for completion in Year 1 and Construction is planned for Year 2.
Identified in CAPS and BECI report completed 2011-2012.
The final plans and spec are to be reviewed by the BGIS Commissioning Manager. The consultant is to attest to the accuracy and viability of the document.
The plans and specs should take into account the commissioninag requirements as identified in COMM 301 03 RP1 Commissioning Requirements and Scope of Work for Consultant which will be in effect during and after the following year construction phase.
Refer to the project's Requirements Document for further scope of services. The consultant shall provide services as described in the Scope of Work document for this project.

A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.
