RFP Requirement - All PINS are to be priced individually as client may have to remove individual PINs due to strategy for PLS. includes a visual inspection to entail validation of structural integrity and all items in accordance with applicable codes. Load test to be conducted on each structure. Consultant to provide Investigation Report that cites recommendations for repairs and class D associated cost. 14 Structures to inspect at the following PIns: PIN- 614382, culvert - 614281,bridge - 614258, bridge - 614663, foot bridge - 614667, foot bridge - 614001, bridge & box culvert - 614366, culvert - 614357, bridge - 614406, 4 Bridges, 1 Culvert.
