Description

The existing water closets and urinals in the building are mid-efficient at 6L per flush (LPF) and 3.7 LPF, respectively. It is recommended to replace the washrooms fixtures to low flow water closets and urinals which will reduce the water consumption of the building. Referencing the 2010 energy audit report and the BCR report (2014), the scope of this project includes replacing 43 water closets, and 10 urinals with low flow fixtures and upgrading the existing faucets to censored lavatory faucets. There is a total of 13 washrooms.
