GOC375787-RFP-LUS -Consultant - CONSULTING SERVICES - Remove Dock Scissor Lift and Loading Dock Reconstruction

Statement of Work/Overview:
This project is to remove the present scissor lift, platform, bollards, and hydraulic power pack. The condition of the present scissor lift is poor, and annual inspections state that major investments are needed to rebuild this system. A new concrete loading dock will need to be constructed in the absence of the scissor lift, and to match the remaining portion of the area in this work site; so that the entire receiving area is the same. A new safety hand railing will be needed, at the end; as there is a different in height to the asphalt parking lot. Asphalt patching will be needed in the area of the scissor lift platform and bollards; so this area is integrated with the rest of the parking lot area.
