The Contractor shall provide all material and labour that is required for walkway and areaway paver replacement, landscaping upgrades and exterior painting and repairs as indicated in Attachment 07 - Specifications and Drawings issued by the consultant Thbiodeau Architecture & Design including:
 
Replacement of concrete pavers in the exterior plaza and main entry, along with regrading of the base beneath them.
 
Fixing numerous concrete steps leading to the plaza; the concrete bases of the light standards and flagpoles in the plaza; the concrete sidewalk adjacent to the parking ramp; the concrete transformer base; and numerous concrete planters and retaining walls around the building.
 
Painting of all the exterior guardrails and handrails, parking lot lines, bike racks, etc.
