Statement of Work/Overview:
A request has been made by Public Works of Canada to address the ductwork cleaning within the Federal Office Building of Canada located at 45 Prince St., Sioux Lookout, ON.

Scope of work includes but not limited to:

Clean air duct system.
Install access doors (sampling ports).
Conduct indoor air quality assessment.
Test, adjust and balance ventilation system.

Site visit is optional and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.

Photo ID required if attending; If attending, proponents must check in with Security Deks on the date of the visit. (DO NOT INQUIRE WITH THE TENANT)
