Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
 Provide labour and material for the replacement of the 2 storm pumps and 2 sanitary pumps. The 2 storm pumps are in the north/west corner of P2 and the  2 sanitary pumps in the north/east corner of P2. Remove 4 existing sump pumps and replace with new non submersible type. Replace all existing outlet piping with stainless steel. Replace steel piping with stainless steel on the sanitary pump in the north central area of P2. Replace all check valves and reinstate high water alarm points to their remote monitored locations. Tie-in pumps to existing BAS system. Clean pits and make repairs to pit walls and floors as necessary.
