Description

Design services & construction services for Improvements at 2599 Speakman Drive, Mississauga, Ontario:
•     Installation of a new door (specs provided) and sidelight (must be tempered glass, w/security laminate) to room 125. Door 125B to be exactly like door 125A.
•     Paint new door, frame, and partition to be consistent with site colours.
•     Additional security equipment to be installed.
•     Wiring already in ceiling for devices.
•     Existing Pac poles to be removed with cabling to be put up in ceiling.
•     Installation of a 90-degree motion sensor (wall-mounted), card reader and flood detector.
•     Relocation of existing camera (#25) to opposite corner.
•     Installation of Door Contacts for the half-door and for the full door.
•     Installation of Electric Strike and Piezo Security Alarm.
•     Installation of Exit Sign, indicating which door is intended for exit (in the event a fire alarm is activated for example.
•     Relocation of pre-action system bell (HVAC) and electrical.
