Full fire separation repairs for all six (6) storeys, a full basement and two (2) rooftop service penthouses (mechanical and elevator). seal all known and accessible penetrations within the wall, ceiling and floor systems which are identified as being fire separations while making the fires separations code compliant. As well as replace or upgrade doors and windows where existing installations have insufficient fire ratings and creating new partitions where existing layout does not meet code requirements.
