Work of this Contract, Hereafter referred to as Jean Canfield Office Fit-up, Charlottetown, comprises of the office fit-up to spaces on the ground floor of the facility.
Create enclosed spaces for offices, interview room and printer room within the current footprint.
Supply and install new walls, flooring, doors, ventilation, fire protection, lighting, power, data and communications.
Complete all upgrades, as indicated on the drawings.
