Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Richard Pierpoint Building, 451 Talbot Street, London, ON, N6A 5E5 at the main security desk on the first floor. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative or their authorized representatives including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 of the ITT document to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety shoes/boots and hard hats.
