Description

Consulting Services for the replacement or upgrade of the chilled water system. The chilled water system (CWS) may consist of chillers, heat pumps, heat rejection systems, associated pumps and piping. In general, the purpose for the replacement or upgrade of the CWS, is to replace the equipment at end-of-life, and/or as part of a program to reduce or eliminate the usage of Hydrofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerants, and/or to significantly reduce the building’s energy consumption and costs, and resulting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, by installation of energy efficient equipment.

Event Note

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 above. A maximum of 2 representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front desk at 1783 Hamilton Street, Regina Saskatchewan. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Abdoulkarim.Alin@bgis.com) by (October 15, 2024) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Proponents are required to attend any mandatory site visits to be eligible to bid.
