Feasibility study to upgrade cell blocks. 6 cells out of 11. Doors to be replaced, not maintained. Painting to be done in cell blocks. New grills, drains, lightfixtures, toilets, flooring. Code review for compliance with current codes and accesibility standards. Complete interior condition report with recommendations. Review all major disciplines (Mechanical, structrual, architectural, electrical, etc.). Contractors and visitors are forbidden from taking photographs on RCMP property. If photographs must be taken, permission must first be received from the detachment/unit commander. A photo of the room number (i.e. door number) and photos of the damage may only be taken. No photos of overall office spaces are permitted. An employee who is aware of what is/isn’t acceptable to photograph can be permitted to walk through and take photos on SD cards provided by PSPC. To ensure we are following the Access Control policy, please ensure that when access is required to a Security & High Security Zone (i.e. office suites, exhibit rooms, etc.) an employee from that zone is present to facilitate the access for the duration.
