Description

For all mechanical room floors, at both Portage I&II, the cracks in the concrete shall be epoxy injected to prevent water infiltration. After the epoxy is cured, apply an anti-slip epoxy floor sealant to the full extent of the room. Products shall have low to no VOCs.

Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and time specified within the item 2.6.15. its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the Security Desk main level Portage I&II, 50 Victoria, Gatineau, QC. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit. 2.7.2. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. 2.7.3. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID 19 preventative measures.
