Description

Replace all windows and trims throughout the building (ensure insulation requirements are met). Improve window thermal breaks and performance quality as well as improve window security and control light, Ultra Violet (UV) rays and privacy. Dual roller blinds shall be replaced, having both shade and blackout capability. The consultant shall conduct thermal imaging during the initial investigation to determine best solution for thermal improvement. There are 17 windows to be replaced. Some windows share the same window frame. To comply with PMM Standard and National Building Code.
