Description

Project intent is to engage a consultant to provide design services, with the scope for construction to include the following: Take existing office and split it into two to make 2 separate offices. Fit up of one portion to RCMP standard, walls, door, possibly ceiling. Tinting on existing window. Modifications to lighting, HVAC, electrical, as required.Voice, data, electrical – SSC will demarcateCard access and alarm – CBSA security will hire vendor to demarcate - Windows on S. side. - Secure room will be the North half of the room - Demo will be confirmed by consultant. ( minimal to be determined)
