Description

Scope of Work/Overview: Contractor will address all deficiencies as described within the Tender Drawings and Specifications. Please note that the drawings are sanitized and a Job showing is mandatory. The individual attending the job showing mut have minimum reliability clearance approved prior to the job showing. The contractor will need to carry the Building Service provider for the Alarm testing and for any alarm bypasses that may be required. BGIS has provided an allowance for these services. A project specific DSR and NMS Specifications are included in this procurement. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all abatement (if any) is included in the submitted bid price.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS representative at the East Memorial Building, 284 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE. Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
