Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Mikaela Richter at the security desk of 588 Booth Street, Ottawa, On & 580 Booth Street, Ottawa, On.Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Madatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.
