Respondents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 above. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 18 Iceberg Arena Road (Fogo Island Centre), Fogo Island, NL, Canada. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Respondents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abdoulkarim.Alin@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Respondents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Respondents are expected to carefully examine the site, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their fee Quotation all costs required to meet the terms of the Contract.
