Description

Repair delamination/cracks all exposed exterior concrete including columns at ground level. Ensure that there are no noticeable cracks in the foundation walls and ancillary components such as foundation drainage and damp proofing are also in good condition.

NOTE: The site visit is not a site meeting, therefore, there shall be no discussion, clarifications or questions asked and answered during the visit. All communications must be in writing, and answers must be provided in writing by Procurement to all Bidders via addendum through MERX to be ensure that all bidders have the same information

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager in front of the BGIS office C1 Level West of CD Howe, 240 Sparks Street, Ottawa On. Bring valid ID. PPE will not be required as the areas of work are in public spaces. Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
