Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of two representatives of each Bidder, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the main lobby at the site, 201 May St. N., Thunder Bay, ON, Government of Canada Building [National Revenue]. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representatives including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT (abdoulkarim.alin@bgis.com) by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
